Instalments for workshops & programs on payment schedules MUST adhere to any agreed payment schedule. Payments must be received on the nominated date; Koelle Simpson reserves the right to make changes to payment plans and agreed payment dates at any time, at its absolute discretion.

Koelle Simpson reserves the right to make an administrative charge against any refund in order to cover any costs associated with making the refund.

Koelle Simpson may in its absolute discretion, refund some or all workshop or program fees where it determines that there are extenuating or compassionate circumstances. Koelle Simpson reserves the right to alter program or workshop schedules and pricing without notice.

Koelle Simpson shall not be liable for changes in personal or business circumstances that prevent the participant from attending/completing the workshop or program.
