Dear Friend,

Much like countless generations that came before us, we live in a constant state of accelerating disruption and change. But unlike any time in human history, we live in a global community of over 8 billion people…and tragically, we have never been more disconnected from one another.

In the wake of staggering technological achievement, you may find yourself trying to navigate through life at break-neck speed with little access to one of our most fundamental human needs: connection. The intrinsic value of two people bonded in trust, vulnerability, and empathy is without parallel. Being seen, valued and understood is essential in order for us to thrive..

I enjoy a healthy and balanced life today thanks to a community of people who helped guide me through difficult passages and accelerate toward success. As I continue to fall upward into the second act of my life, I feel a sweet obligation to help others navigate their way through personal, professional, spiritual and existential opportunities and challenges in their lives.

Zoom Conferencing for Coaching Sessions

Your Zoom session log-in details will be emailed to you upon payment. If you’re new to Zoom please learn this very easy to use platform and join Zoom’s Test Meeting prior to your coaching session.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unpredictable things happen in life. A cancellation request made at least 48 hours before the date and time of your scheduled session is fully refundable minus a $25 administrative processing fee. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the date and time of your scheduled session is non-refundable. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time reschedule of your session should there be extenuating circumstances.

Should there be an unexpected technology glitch for either participant that prevents an effective virtual coaching experience at the date and time of the scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled for a new date and time that work for both participants.
